I want to modernize my station and I need new raspberries but it is mission impossible to acquire them.

I do not know of any sources for rpi, my solution has been to try other platforms for this.
If you’re willing to experiment a bit you can have a look at Odroid’s or similar systems. Pick one that has official support for debian bullseye and it shouldn’t be too much work.
As an alternative, if you have an ‘old’ laptop not doing anything you could install the Debian OS and then install the SatNOGS client software Ansible - see SatNOGS Client Ansible - SatNOGS Wiki . I have this setup and it works very well.
