Hi, we are planning to launch a satellite by the end of 2025. Can anyone please share details on how to add new ground station to the satnogs GS db? And also once the GS is added how often in a day can we use the GS from the network to connect with the satellite like sending beacon signals and so on?. Please help. Thank you.

SatNOGS Wiki shows the possibilities for adding ground stations to Satnogs.
So far, there is no support for transmititng / sending beacons to a / your satellite , the stations are for reception and can be scheduled for reception and possibly decoding satellites of interest.
The satellite itself can be suggested to the DB with the known information about frequency use and mode,
So is there any other method to communicate with the satellite when it is far from our GS view?
Communication as in two-way, transmit and receive ? No, unless you setup a transmitting capable station yourself on a remote location.
Receiving the satellite (assuming it’s in an approved frequency segment !) can be done by scheduling observations on all GS 's available, IF you have your own station setup and running.
For example, check my observations for my S-band station, and notice there are multiple observers, scheduling on my station. Notice the colors too and find what they mean.
