It looks like that there is a mis-identification in space-track.org:
TPA-1 has been identified as OBJECT D (64531), however from Network’s observations analysis it looks like that it is OBJECT F (64533). One of the several examples from ikhnos analysis:
Check how the red line doesn’t follow the singal of TPA-1 in case of 64531:
and here how well it follows it in case of 64533:
By the way it seems from other observations analysis of RIDU-Sat 1, that 64531 is probably (95%) RIDU-Sat 1:
The almost sure 95% comes from some other objects (64530 and 64532) that are still very close to RIDU-Sat 1 and it may be (5%) are RIDU-Sat 1. Either way 64531 is clearly not TPA-1 and the only object from the current ones that fit TPA-1 is 64533.
EDIT: While 64533 is the only object that fits TPA-1, we are still going to wait to identify it as in Transporter-14 Rideshare: Vandenberg SLC-4E: 23 Jun 2025 21:18 UTC - #153 by fredy we have noted that we theoretically miss one object from the first group, so we are going to wait some days.
