Pretty disappointing … and not a patch on Daniel’s copy but here’s mine from the same pass. Probably not good enough to qualify for eQSL so hopefully better ones when transmissions recommence tomorrow after the maintenance break.

Well not much better today either. Do operators have a sensor on their satellites to detect when it goes behind the massive tree in my neighbour’s garden since they always seem to manage to start transmissions then :roll_eyes:. I’ll submit these and yesterdays for an eqsl, at least one shows the RS18S id and hopefully the others are recognisable as coming from that satellite. Got a couple more passes later but they are low and late at night (c 2230 and midnight local) so not sure if I’ll bother trying for them.

The RS18 Passes over Kerrville during the past week have been productive.

Rare but sometimes there is a pass with poor signals but I have fixed polarity on my helical.
