Pycom Radio Controller

Pycom Radio Controller by M0SNZ

Free Software - Remote Control Of Your ICOM IC-9700, IC-7610 and IC-7300MK2 With AI-Assisted Operating. First class satellite operations.

Built into the software alongside the Hamlib rigctld server is support for popular satellite tooling, such as WSJT-X, Gpredict, CSN Techologies S.A.T controller and SatPC32. This enables full duplex remote doppler control from programs you already use.

Although Pycom Radio Controller is not open source, there are five open source libraries that I’ve provided that are either related to or used within it.

why no IO-86 bro? you should add bro!

It’s driven by the Amsat status page - if you look down the bottom there’s filters, it probably hasn’t been heard for a day or two…

without io86, its not complete

for io86 tle you can get from satnogs. becase celestrak and space-track not update their tle.

btw i see your youtube, and look great. thank you!

That window is just an Amsat status/update window - the software relies on something else to supply the doppler for example Gpredict (via rigctl) / CSN S.A.T or SatPC32.

If you use S.A.T or SatPC32 it additionally sets up the radio with the settings for the satellite.
