Permanently set Rotator update interval and tolerance?

I like to have my update interval set higher (5 seconds, rather than the default 2), and the tolerance lower (2 degrees, rather than the default 5). However, I have to set this every time I go into the rotator control. Is there a way to change this value permanently? Currently using 2.2.1.
