About 10 seconds interval between bursts. It seems the sat is rotating?
What is the status of the CW beacon? Every observation seems failed on the page.
I am pretty sure that is just nosie on the station.
Or could be another sat, but not UPSAT in this one.
Last observation of UPSAT is aprox 2 months ago. The satellite is on power-save mode due to high utilization of the battery heaters.
