Observation 577491: NO-84 (40654)

Noticed an observation of NO-84 UHF had a psk signal in it - grabbed the raw IQ and played it back in gqrx nfm, loopback audio to fldigi decoded this:

Yep, that’s the standard PSK repeater (10m up, 70cm down). This is actually the primary payload.
