I do not see nor here anything there. It happens more than once, e.g. https://network.satnogs.org/observations/435207/

I picked 28.0dB of gain for the RTL SDR. No LNA at this moment as I’m in the early process of building and testing. I’m using https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01E564FPU/

That indeed doesn’t look like RF :smirk:
Try to find some settings with this guide, but please skip the “kalibrate” part of it:
