Any clue about this signal?

This seem to be unknown satellite (at least unknown to me), that we had observed as well during observations of PW-Sat2. You can see it on Satnogs observations:

Its spectrum seem to be approx 50kHz wide (there is like “upper” and “lower” band).

However this is not a CW, isn’t it?
