Regarding Observation 414243 this is obviously a bad observation but I can’t seem to flag it as such ? I can delete if but not flag as bad
It is considered as ‘good’ automatically because the decoder could successfully decode an image. Furthermore the rules say the observation is actually a good one because you can see the transmitter of the satellite is active.
