Regarding Observation 386495 … Interesting data was last time decoced Aug 2018? Signal still looks the same and freq still good?

Singal indeed looks strong and should have been decoded. paging @surligas for any ideas.

As far as I know, QBEE can’t decode as it is not following standard AX.25 framing.

You are right but it could be decoded in past so maybe something was changed

Interesting! Seems that something changes from our side or the sat side. I will need an IQ file to investigate it more.
