Unfortunately this is not IRV-02! The data you provide indicate a source callsign LU7AA. I don’t recall which satellite it is assigned to, but this should be easy to find out.

Unfortunately is BUGSAT-1, in the screenshot from gpredict bellow you can see BUGSAT-1 and the object 2018-099AH, which was the one we used to track IRVINE-02.

Many thanks for the identification. It’s clear we’re picking up Bugsat-1 [40014/14033E], and also confirmed by the Ikhnos comparison.
