The straight lines you see in the middle and left of the waterfall are indeed transmissions from OSCAR 7. Keep in mind that OSCAR 7 is one of the oldest satellites still in orbit, and has been a failed (non-operational one) for many many years. Recently (2002) it started transmitting again but not in the original operating capacity. It is used still by some HAMs around the world.
