Did I catch MAX VALIER SAT tumbling?
My initial thought would have been an old TLE, but the one used seems to be less than 24h old!
Maybe it was another satellite. That would explain the time missalignment too (not on the freq being off).
One thing is for sure, it is a satellite! Local noise and terrestrial transmissions appear only as hyperbolic lines on the waterfall (due to doppler shift compensation).
