I’ve run the observation a couple times now, but the waterfall is just showing the occasional huge green bars, instead of what you would usually expect to see. Any guesses as to what is going on?
To me it seems that someone near the target frequency transmits a high power burst and overloads your SDR.
hmm… all of your observations so far seem very weak - did you get the rotator working? What is the rest of your setup like leading up to the rtlsdr? (antennas / feedline?)
