What are these horizontal green lines I am seeing? Noise?
With the gain set to 40 I am assuming no preamp is inline between antenna and sdr device. The horizontal lines look like some type of databursts running through your receiving frequency.
Can you attach the same sdr to some SDR software like gqrx, sdrsharp, sdrpp and watch that frequency (range) in real time so check if you can find tha source ?
