not direct answer, but clue. put script on
SATNOGS_POST_OBSERVATION_SCRIPT=/iq/app/satnogs-post {{ID}} {{FREQ}} {{TLE}} {{TIMESTAMP}} {{BAUD}} {{SCRIPT_NAME}}
save the iq dump of obs
compile satdump, and copy the lib .
run satdump command that seen like:
satdump meteor_m2-x_lrpt baseband iq_12745651_160000.raw output/ --samplerate 160000 --baseband_format s16 --fill_missing
