WHY???
Can someone explain why my NOAA observ. is too late every time??? ANY of my NOAA observ. seems to be too late!
But why is it??? Wrong time on Pi? What?
And: Why is it always half round angle???
from the waterfall, looks like the signal is there, but too weak to decode.
What type of antenna are you using, and is there somethng blocking the signal for half the pass?
