Is this a singal or local noise?
My guess local noise. Though for 7 minutes the signal appears to be following some doppler correction it appears to be a high pass overhead where less doppler correction is necessary. I compared with other green obs, like SatNOGS Network - Observation 12868462 and this sattellite appears to transmit a “solid carrier”
