Regarding Observation 12641488 I see 2 small traces in the upper section of the waterfall a little bit left from the middle. Should I rate that as a signal?

Given the history of this satellite observations (you can quickly find it by clicking its name and see in the pop-up window how many good/bad ones exist) and that the signals are not in the center, I would say 99% that this is another satellite or something terrestrial.
