I was wondering if anyone could take a look to see if this satellite at approx 18.3E longitude is transmitting?

Any hint for the frequency? or frequency band?
Satellite is mainly used for satellite communications, radio and television, data transmission. A part of the challenge is determining what frequencies you think it is transmitting on.

I have found signals at 18.2 degrees east, and definitely not from Astra at 19.2 East because event that one degree more east makes these signals disappear.
Multiple “carriers”
Is it Ku or C band? I have a blind scan receiver with 1.2m prime focus antenna/dish I can point at it if its Ku. could it be Amos 17 or Astra 1P?
