Had similar dramas re PyPi dependencies as others but finally got it working.
I updated and upgraded Raspian ‘buster’ BEFORE running satnogs-setup.
Don’t know if that helped but now it works.
I’m too chicken to update my other 724 UHF station.
As we say ‘down under’. If it ain’t broken, don’t fix it.
