Gitlab migration

Hi everyone,

We started migrating all satnogs repos to Gitlab. It’s something we intended to do for a very long time. Besides Gitlab being closer to our Open Source principles, this will also give us the ability to use some of the built-in Gitlab advanced features (like CI/CD pipelines) and have more secure and granular permissions to our repositories.

In practice that means that all Pull Requests should be opened on Gitlab. We have already migrated Network, DB, Client and the next repos will follow shortly. For visibility reasons (and for not breaking any external links) most of our repos will automatically be mirrored to Github.

Hey , @comzeradd also migrated repositories for rotator and RF filters:

satnogs-rotator
satnogs-rotator-controller
satnogs-rotator-firmware
satnogs-fm-notch
satnogs-diplexer

We also recently migrated all remaining satnogs repositories, notably:

gr-satnogs
satnogs-antennas
satnogs-radome
satnogs-tripod

This means that all satnogs repositories are now on Gitlab. We automatically mirror everything on Github, but all contributors should happen on Gitlab.
