The recent CSpOC TLEs from space-track.org and celestrak.com have sensible drag values so should be able to accurately predict passes.

FossaSat-1 is now identified as 44829. TRSI-Sat is the one remaining but without any received signal is too difficult to say for sure, it will still follow 44831 TLE in Network.
