Does anyone here have experience with these cheap collapsible Yagi antennas?
There is quite a lot of these on Ebay and i suspect its from the same Chinese manufacture as they all look very much the same.
I own something similar however that has threaded elements, and if i remove the driven element i also have to remove the adjustment, which means that every time i need to use it i also have to adjust it again. These seem to be collapsible without needing to touch the adjustment.
How sturdy are these things when they are fully deployed? This is going to be used hand tracked so it does not have to be weather proofed or anything like that. I just do not want the elements to rattle around due to loose fittings.
