The policy that SatNOGS follows is that observations can be deleted until they are performed. For experimental observations you can set your station in test mode through settings, the observations when station is under test mode are marked as test observations.
In the rare case that there is a serious reason of removing an observation you can contact the SatNOGS team at satnogs@libre.space explaining the situation.
