Another option for rotator

Think you can get those motors with gears from aliexpress for about $20

I saw that the other day. Has anyone managed to get it to work with SatNOGS?

It should work just fine as their board supports hamlib (according to this url they are just implementing the easycomm ii protocol, so it does!).

Since SatNOGS speaks to hamlib, the client will work with any rotator that hamlib can run. So this should be a plug and play configuration.

If someone wanted to try this, they could use the SatNOGS raspi image and in the satnogs-setup command under the Basic Menu the HAMLIB_UTILS_ROT_OPTS would look like this:

-m 202 -r /dev/ttyACM0 -s 9600 -T 0.0.0.0
