Has anyone thought of using laser cut side panels instead of T slot?
I think that this sound like a good idea. Do you have experience with laser cutters? What do you have in mind for material?

I’ve done a few bits of ply and acrylic in the past on some pretty simple kit.
Essentially its a 2d CAD job to draw out the parts and you’re done. I have some free time next week so maybe I’ll have a go and report back
