This is very interesting, since I have the same problem with interference in the 2m amateur satellite band.
When I installed my SatNOGS station a while ago, I did not had such problems and apart from sporadic local noise, the band was quite clean.
FM repeater outputs in our region are directly below the 145.800 MHz in 12,5kHz raster.
I don’t know when it happened, but sice 1 year ago or so, the above FM repeater outputs are mirrored into the 145.800 to 146.000 part. I can even identify which repeater these are… some are even further away.
This is indeed very annoying. I was hoping a more recent update would cure the problem, but it’s persistent…
So perhaps this is the same issue…
